🍽️ A Mediterranean Makeover for Chelsea's Three Darlings
Chelsea favourite Three Darlings has entered an exciting new chapter, unveiling a refreshed identity with a completely reimagined menu, redesigned interiors and an inviting new terrace inspired by the warmth and charm of the Mediterranean.
Created by Jason and Irha Atherton and named after their three daughters, Three Darlings continues to celebrate family, community and the joy of gathering around the table. Drawing inspiration from summers spent in Italy, Spain, the Balearic Islands and the South of France, the restaurant now offers a relaxed Mediterranean dining experience in the heart of Chelsea.
The new menu showcases vibrant seasonal dishes, including Mallorcan prawns with garlic and chilli, Italian peach and avocado salad, whole native blue lobster spaghetti, and Cornish sea bream served with saffron potatoes and bouillabaisse. Alongside these are exceptionally light unleavened pizzas, fresh seafood, colourful salads and sharing plates designed for leisurely meals with family and friends.
Reflecting the laid-back spirit of its sister restaurant, Marias Forte dei Marmi, the refreshed concept embraces Jason Atherton's love of Mediterranean cooking and simple, seasonal ingredients. Guests may even find the celebrated chef himself in the kitchen, as he plans to spend much of his time cooking at Three Darlings as it begins this exciting new chapter.
