Who we are looking for
Someone with at least 3 years of experience in luxury concierge, high-end hospitality or private service, used to handling complex requests with discretion, speed and attention to detail.
What you will do
- Act as the single point of contact for a portfolio of private and corporate members.
- Arrange travel, reservations, events and bespoke experiences in Italy and abroad.
- Work with the international partner network and the group's technology platform.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for shifts, including weekends and on-call duty.
